How to Cook Country Style Ribs in Air Fryer
To make these boneless country style ribs in the air fryer, you’ll want to start by preheating your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, it’s time to make the dry rub. Mix together all the spices in a small dish and set aside.
Pat your boneless ribs dry with a paper towel and place them on a cutting board, in a ziploc bag or baking tray.
Sprinkle prepared dry rub evenly over the top. Flip over and do the same to the other side. I like to gently rub the spices in a bit into the meat. If using a ziploc bag, give them a good shake.
Brush your air fryer basket with a bit of olive oil or an air fryer friendly baking spray. Place your seasoned ribs in a single layer in the basket, being careful to not overlap.
You may have to cook in batches depending upon the size of your air fryer. If you have a smaller air fryer, keep your ribs warm by placing them on a baking tray and covering them loosely with aluminum foil. Place them in the oven, preheated to 200°F (95°C.)
Cook for 16 minutes, flipping over halfway through cooking. Brush all sides with your favorite bbq sauce. Cook for additional 4 to 6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 145°F (63°C) for safe consumption.
Let your ribs rest for a few minutes before serving to help retain the juices. Slather the ribs with additional barbecue sauce before serving. That’s it! You should have some juicy and flavorful boneless pork ribs to now enjoy!

Country Style Ribs Oven instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Preparation: Season the ribs. Let them sit for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors. You can sear the ribs in a hot skillet for a few minutes on each side to develop a nice crust before baking, if preferred.
Cooking: Place the seasoned ribs in a baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake: Bake the ribs at 300°F (150°C) for 2 to 2.5 hours, or until they are tender. Remove aluminum foil and increase the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C). Brush barbecue sauce on liberally on all sides. Bake for an additional 20-30 minutes.
Check for Doneness: Ensure the ribs are tender by checking with a fork or a meat thermometer. The internal temperature should reach at least 145°F (63°C) to be safe, but for a more tender result, aim for 160-165°F (71-74°C).
Resting: Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving. This helps retain the juices and improves the overall flavor.
