Looking for something a little more exciting than ketchup to put on your fries? Why not try these Dirty French Fries with a little bit of everything? I don’t know how it works… but when you throw green onions, bell peppers, bacon, cheese, ranch dressing, brown gravy, and Old Bay seasoning on a batch of fries all at once? It just somehow works together.
Don’t believe me? Well, you can easily see for yourself. If you start with frozen fries, it only takes half an hour. Pile it all on the fries, taste them, and tell me if I’m right.
You can substitute Old Bay with Cajun seasoning or a mixture of garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, pepper jack, and monterey jack are all great options. Feel free to mix and match to find your favorite combination.
Favorite toppings include scallions, jalapeño peppers, banana peppers, red bell peppers, red onions, and many more delicious toppings, like a drizzle of creamy dressing or cheese sauce.
