The Morgan Library and Museum invites families to celebrate the holidays at the annual celebration Winter family fair on Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Visitors can view Charles Dickens' beloved original manuscript A Christmas carolas well as an illuminated book of the mossThe famous American Christmas poem 'Visit from St. Nicholas' (better known as 'The Night Before Christmas') can be seen in the museum for the first time! Guests can also enjoy festive crafts and activities.
The fair honors Dickens' beloved holiday classic, complete with performers in the style of Victorian characters, interactive demonstrations themed around the museum's current exhibits, live holiday music and much more Dickensian fun!

The company Grand Falloons will bring A Christmas carol to life with walking characters Ebenezer Scrooge, Bob Cratchit and the Ghost of Christmas Present. Performers in Victorian-era garb will delight visitors on the shelves of Pierpont Morgan's historic library with a lively and very cheerful rendition of A Christmas carol. The Grand Falloons close the afternoon with renditions of classic Christmas carols.
